By placing an order on this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't order.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. We accept your offer (and the contract is formed) when we send the order-confirmation email. We may decline an order before confirmation — for example, if an item is no longer available, your address is outside our shipping zone, or fraud-prevention checks fail.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at 20%. Shipping is free for UK-mainland addresses. We may correct any pricing errors before the order-confirmation email is sent. If a pricing error is discovered after confirmation, we'll contact you and offer to honour the price, refund the difference, or cancel.

We accept Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal via Stripe. Your card is charged at the point of purchase. Card details are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.

We ship to UK mainland only at present. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured + signed for) for orders up to £2,500, DPD Next Day for £2,500–£10,000, and bonded courier for higher value.

Estimated dispatch dates appear on each product page and on your order confirmation. CYO rings are made to order and typically take 5 working days to produce. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our reasonable control.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any eligible item for a full refund. See our returns page for the full policy and exclusions.

Engraved rings, rings sized outside our standard stock range, and rings that have been resized cannot be returned (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 exemption for goods made to consumer specifications).

Faulty goods are covered by your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of the exclusions above.

All our jewellery carries a lifetime manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We also offer one free ring resize within 12 months of delivery (using your free resize voids the 30-day return window for that ring).

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Subject to that, our maximum liability for any claim arising from your order is the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. You may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform if you live in the EU.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force at the time of your order are the ones that govern that order. Material changes affecting future orders will be posted here at least 14 days before they take effect.
