Ordering
- How does the Choose-Your-Own-Ring flow work?
- Pick a setting from our engagement-ring collection, then choose a centre stone (diamond or gemstone). Confirm the ring size and add to bag. We re-validate compatibility at every step.
- Can I save a ring design and come back later?
- Yes β sign in and click "Save this ring" on the review step. Find it later in Account β Saved Rings.
- Can I change my ring's setting or stone after adding to bag?
- Click "Change setting" or "Change diamond" on the step bar from the cart, or remove the item and start over. Reservations are released within 30 minutes of removal.
Payment
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Card (Visa / Mastercard / Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions go through Stripe; your card details never touch our servers.
- Are prices VAT-inclusive?
- Yes. UK VAT at 20% is included in every displayed price. The breakdown appears on your order summary and invoice.
- Do you offer financing?
- Not at v1. We may add Klarna or Clearpay in a future update.
Shipping
- How quickly will my ring ship?
- CYO rings are made to order β typically 5 working days production + 1 day dispatch. The exact estimated dispatch date appears on your order confirmation.
- Where do you ship?
- UK mainland only at v1. We exclude Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands & Islands while we test logistics.
- Is shipping really free?
- Yes. Royal Mail Special Delivery (insured + signed-for) for orders up to Β£2,500. DPD Next Day for Β£2,500βΒ£10,000. Bonded courier for higher value. All free.
Returns
- What is your returns policy?
- Free 30-day returns on every order. Email support@ β we send you a pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery label.
- Can I return a CYO ring?
- Yes β except (a) engraved rings and (b) rings sized outside our standard stock range. See /help/returns for full details.
- How quickly will I be refunded?
- Within 3 business days of us receiving the return at our facility.
Sizing
- How do I find my ring size?
- We sell in US numeric sizing (e.g. 6, 6ΒΌ, 6Β½). Visit our Ring Size Guide to print a paper sizer or request a free physical sizer ring by post.
- What if my ring doesn't fit?
- You get one free resize within 12 months of delivery. Email support@ β we send a free pre-paid label.
Account & privacy
- Do I need an account to order?
- No β guest checkout is fully supported. After paying you can optionally create an account from the confirmation page; we link your past order automatically.
- How do I delete my account?
- Sign in β Account β Delete account. There is a 30-day grace period during which you can reactivate. Past orders are kept (anonymised) for 7 years per UK HMRC requirements.
