How it works

1. 1. Email support@example.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
2. 2. We send you a pre-paid Royal Mail Special Delivery label. Drop your parcel at any Post Office.
3. 3. We inspect the item on receipt — typically within 1 business day.
4. 4. We refund you within 3 business days via your original payment method. You'll receive a credit-note PDF by email.

Returns address

Always include the pre-paid label we send you — handing your parcel to Royal Mail without it waives the insurance.

What can't be returned

• Engraved rings — once engraved, rings are unique to you and cannot be returned.
• Rings sized outside our standard stock range (US 3.0–12.0 in 0.25 increments) — these are made-to-order and cannot be returned.
• Resized rings — once you've used your free resize, the ring is no longer eligible for return.

If you receive a faulty item or one that doesn't match its description, you have separate statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, regardless of these exclusions. Email support@example.com.

Restocking fee

None. There is no restocking fee for any return that meets the policy above.
